House Manual

🚗 Directions (OGG ➝ Wailana Sands)

  1. Head out of Kahului Airport (OGG) and drive 1.4 mi, then turn left onto Maui Veterans Hwy (HI‑311).
  2. Continue for 6.5 mi, then turn right onto North Kihei Rd.
  3. After 600 ft, turn left onto South Kihei Rd.
  4. In 1.2 mi, turn left onto Wailana Place.
  5. After 200 ft, you’ll arrive at Wailana Sands.

🅿️ Parking

Wailana Sands is the last building on the left. Guest parking is located behind the building, with an additional space at the side by the driveway. Use any available space.

🕓 Check‑in / Check‑out

  • Check‑in: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check‑out: 11:00 a.m.

Door code: Your code activates at 4:00 p.m. on arrival day. To unlock: touch the keypad, wait for the numbers to light up, enter your code followed by #. The door will unlock and then relock automatically after entry.

Shared BBQs and seating are available in the yard.

Located in a separate building at the end of the parking lot.
Washer $2.25 per load • Dryer $2.00 per load.
Laundry detergent is under the kitchen sink—please help yourself.
Enjoy any books left behind by previous guests!

🚭 Important Reminders

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building (per Hawaiʻi law). Smoking is permitted only at least 6 yards from the building exterior.
  • Recycling is not currently available on Maui. Please dispose of trash in the garbage containers in the parking area.
